Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change if we discover unexpected site conditions during installation. We will discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with the work. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided.
Payment Terms
We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience. If payment is not received as agreed, we reserve the right to pause or stop work until the account is current.
Scheduling and Delays
We will work with you to schedule installation at a convenient time. Weather conditions, site access issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible. You understand that some delays are beyond our control.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and ensuring that pets and people stay clear of the installation zone for safety. You must disclose any underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other site conditions that could affect the installation. You should also verify that any required permits are obtained if needed for your area.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty. The artificial grass products we install come with manufacturer warranties that we will explain to you. Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or unusual wear and tear. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your service, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes made after work has begun may result in additional charges. Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee if materials have been ordered or work has started.
Limitation of Liability
We will complete your project with professional care and attention. However, we cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control, such as settling, drainage problems from pre-existing site conditions, or damage to underground utilities that were not disclosed or marked. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately so we can address them. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Any disputes will be handled according to California state law.
